Marc Jacobs was born in 1963 of the previous century. The education he got in the prestigious Parsons The New School for design in New York. In 1986 he presented his first collection. After three years Marc Jacobs together wtih his partner Robert Daffi was employed by the big Perry Ellis company where he developed women’s clothes collections.
In 1993 Marc Jacobs was the first to present the grange style on the podium. The main peculiarities of this style were large flannel shirts, worn out sweaters, big boots in combination with light vintage dresses.
